The Bound Tree Grants Division’s website and Needs Assessment have been created to assist our customers in applying for government grants and private funding opportunities. The primary purpose in collecting information from you about your organization is to provide your organization with a smooth, efficient, and customized grants consultation experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your organization’s needs, and to customize our services to make your experience easier. Except for collecting a contact name, phone number, address, title and e-mail address, the information we are collecting in this grants consultation process pertains to your organization and is not personally identifiable to an individual. We, however, collect much information about your organization to help us understand your organization’s infrastructure and needs in order to match them with applicable funding sources. We collect only information from your organization that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose. The type of information we collect from you includes organization contact information, tax classification, service areas, infrastructures that you service, preparedness plans, capabilities, experiences, training, size, financial set-up, facilities, unique competencies, responsibilities, terrorist threats, mutual aid partnerships, outside funding and financial needs. As you can see, the information is widespread and considerable, but necessary for us to help you in the grant process. In the future, to access your grant information on Bound Tree Grants Division website, you will be required to register with us for security purposes. Registration is free. When you register with our site, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address and to create a password. We pledge to handle the personal information you provide upon registration with great respect, including being clear about how we collect and use your personal information. The information collected upon registration will be used to facilitate your use of the site and to access and modify your grant information. We will not share the registration information with any third parties B. How Do We Use the Information We Collect? We use the information you give us about your organization to assess your financial needs and match them to appropriate funding sources. Once you have completed your needs assessment, your information will automatically be entered into a database which will then be matched with available funding opportunities. You will receive an e-mail notification once a match has been made. You may choose to use the Bound Tree Grants Division to assist with your grant application and all grant writing. Based upon specific grant applications, it may be necessary to acquire additional information from your organization. Types of information could include injury/loss reports, equipment analysis, specific programmatic needs or anything that might be required as a part of the application process. The Bound Tree Grants Division will approach the contact person listed, via e-mail or phone, for your organization to obtain the additional information needed. This additional information will be shared with the funding body only, in order to accurately present your organization’s application. The additional information may also be added to the database as part of your organization’s record if we feel that it could apply to future applications. If you choose to receive Bound Tree Medical LLC promotional and marketing pieces please indicate so on the www.boundtreegrants.com website by checking the designated box for promotional e-mailings. If you choose to receive marketing materials via e-mail you will receive promotional notices such as targeted funding opportunities, fundraising ideas, banner advertisements, administrative notices, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Site. If you do not wish to receive these promotional e-mailings, please do not mark the box designated for marketing materials. If you receive these marketing materials in error, please e-mail info@boundtreegrants.com and state that you would like to be taken off of the promotional e-mail list. As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. However, with your permission, we will be sharing your information with funding bodies with the intent of completing grant applications. The technical aspects of the database and web site will be maintained by the Information Technology Department at Bound Tree Medical, LLC. The information regarding funding opportunities which will be matched to your needs will be maintained and updated by the Bound Tree Grants Division. strategies, as well as sample language for certain grant proposals.
Bound Tree Medical grants its customers a limited, non-exclusive and
non-transferrable license to use these materials in the customers’
preparation of their own grant proposals. Reproduction or other use
of the materials for any other purpose, including providing the
materials to third party contract grant writers, is prohibited. No
other materials within the Site and no other Intellectual Property
of Bound Tree Medical may be used in any manner without the prior
